Determine your wrist size
A band watch ideally worn, should be neither too tight nor too loose. In general, the male wrist measures 15 to 19 cm while it is 14 to 18 cm for women.
In order to determine the ideal length of your band you will have to start by measuring the circumference of your wrist.
Take your measurements
To measure your wrist, take a tape measure, if you don't have one use a string or a ribbon and then transfer it to a ruler. Wrap your wrist loosely, once you get the measurement, round up to the next half centimeter.
For example: 15.2cm measured = 15.5cm
Choose your band Apple Watch

If, as in the example above, you have obtained a wrist measurement of 15.5cmm, this corresponds to 155mm.

Determine the width of band for your watch

If you want to order a band for another watch than theApple Watch you will need to know the width of the lugs.
To know the perfect width of the band for your watch you need to measure the width between the lugs, ideally you should use a caliper to take an exact measurement but a simple ruler is enough.
To change a band watch or to install a new buckle, you may need this Spring Bar Tool (also called Installation Pin) which will facilitate the installation / removal operations.
Lugs per watch
The lash gap is therefore the maximum width of a band compatible with a watch.
A band 22mm can therefore fit a Apple Watch 38/40mm or even a Samsung Galaxy Watch 46mm.
