Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my order?

If all items in your order are in stock, it will be
- Shipped within 24 hours (and the same day for orders placed before 3pm)
- Then delivered by Colissimo in 48 hours (average time noted*)
- Or delivered by Chronopost anywhere in the world in 1 to 5 days depending on the country of destination (for Europe and the USA, the observed delays are 2 to 3 days)

If one or more products are temporarily out of stock you can request a partial delivery by writing to support using the form below.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped and if you have provided a valid email address, you will receive the carrier's tracking number. You will be notified by e-mail at each stage of the delivery.

You can also connect to your account Band-Band and access the details of your order. You will find the tracking number of the carrier from the moment your order is shipped. You will be able to follow the progress of your order, step by step.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are eligible within 15 days of receipt of your order.

You have 15 days to download the free return slip here.

Once the package is received, and if the products are in perfect condition, we make the refund within 24 hours.

How to exchange a product?

For example, you made a mistake on the size, color or other and want to exchange one or more products.

Simply download the return slip here. Fill it in and follow the instructions. The return shipping costs are at the charge of Band-Band.

Once the package is received and if the products are in perfect condition, we will send you the desired products within 48 hours.

Why do I need to create an account before placing an order?

Creating an account allows you to:

  • to earn points for discounts
  • sponsor friends to earn discounts
  • access your order history
  • to access the follow-up of your order from the site
  • print a return slip
  • print invoices for your orders

Creating an account does not register you to our newsletter, your data is private in compliance with the RGPD.

How can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped you can still modify it. To do so, go to your "My Account" space and then to the "My Orders" tab. Then click on the Edit button.

Modify your information then click on the save button at the bottom.

Download a printable return form

Click here to download to download a return form to print.

Insert it in your return package to speed up the processing of your request. Cut out the return label and stick it on your package.

Why choose eco-packaging for my band Apple Watch ?

When finalizing your order, you have the choice between two packaging options for compatible brands*: classic packaging or eco-packaging.

*Valid for bands Band-Band , Eternel, Nuuk and Meridio. bands of other brands are shipped in their original retail packaging.
