Preparation and shipping of your order

Except during promotional periods (sales, Black Friday and Christmas), your order is prepared and shipped the same day from Toulouse in France if you order before 1pm from Monday to Friday included. All orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday, or the next business day if it is a holiday.

Partial delivery of the order

If your order includes one or more products in the process of being restocked, you can request a partial shipment of your order by contacting our support. The missing product(s) will be shipped free of charge as soon as possible.

Destinations and deadlines

We ship to most countries around the world via our transport providers. Click on a partner carrier to see details of the countries eligible for delivery: Colissimo by La Poste and Chronopost.

In Metropolitan France and Monaco, your parcels in standard home delivery, Pickup relay, and post office are delivered by La Poste in 48 hours (average time noted*). Abroad, our partner Chronopost ensures an express delivery whose delays vary from one country to another. For example :

• Europe : 2 to 5 days
• DOM and TOM : 48h/72h
• Rest of the world: 3 to 5 days

*This delay can exceptionally go up to 3 or 4 days (for example in period of holidays such as Christmas).

Follow-up

An e-mail is sent to you when your order has been shipped. The page My account page allows you to access the tracking of the package.

Standard delivery is offered for all orders of 100€ and more.
